DISCOVERING | Camp Josh Bear Hunter | Great Blue Heron Release

Episode 52 - Bears and birds! First I visit Camp Josh in Ontonagon County to talk to a successful bear hunter about her hunt and experience at Camp Josh, a non-profit that provides outdoor recreational opportunities and education for people who have a disability of any kind, focusing on hunting, fishing, and the camp itself.

Then I meet up with Michelle Anderson of Keweenaw Wild Bird R.E.C to learn more about bird rehabilitation and see her release a rehabilitated Great Blue Heron that was found emaciated in the Keweenaw.
